TM MicroSTOP dry sterilizers are provided with extended free warranty service for 18 months from the date of sale of the device. Currently, you can apply for consultation, inspection and repair at the MicroSTOP Service Center, which is located in Kyiv, and receive highly qualified assistance from our specialists.

• That is, if the dry-heat sterilizer breaks down (according to the Warranty rules) within 18 months from the day of its purchase, it is subject to free warranty repair.
• Be careful, all expenses related to the delivery to the Service Center of the equipment subject to warranty repair are paid by the owner of the sterilizer.
• If the warranty period expires – do not worry, you can also contact our Service Center for any questions.
