How to use the kit for maximum effectiveness

Let’s consider the example of the “Sure Start” kit, how to use it correctly to get maximum efficiency. The kit allows you to ensure a high-quality process of cleaning, disinfection and sterilization of instruments.

We have already considered in detail what is included in it, so we propose to go straight to the step-by-step instructions for using these products:

1. Disinfection. Prepare the Dez Professional Dezecon solution in a container, following the instructions (water is added first, then the concentrate). Use a measuring cup or syringe for accurate dosage. Completely immerse the instruments in the solution, unassembled or open. Leave for the time specified in the product recommendations.
2. Pre-sterilization cleaning (PPC). There are two ways to treat instruments: first soak them in the disinfectant solution in a container, then rinse them in an ultrasonic washer with clean water. Or immediately disinfect in the ultrasonic washer with the disinfectant solution, and then thoroughly rinse the instruments from the residue. Ultrasonic washing completely removes residual dirt and optimizes the processing of instruments.
3. Sterilization. Place dried instruments open in kraft bags or without them into the sterilizer. Do not block the ventilation openings by more than 70%. Do not overlap instruments or bags.
4. Storage. After sterilization, instruments are stored in tightly sealed kraft bags. Kraft bags retain sterility for up to 50 days.
