TERMS OF WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS

The manufacturer provides warranty service for 18 months from the date of sale of the device. When purchasing a sterilizer, request that its serviceability and completeness be checked in your presence. The columns of the warranty card must be filled in correctly, and the information provided must match the data of your sterilizer.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY

Document of payment;
Warranty repairs of equipment are carried out upon presentation of a properly completed warranty card by the client;
Delivery of the equipment subject to warranty repair to the service department is carried out by the client independently and at their own expense, unless otherwise specified in additional written agreements.
The warranty obligation does not apply to materials, parts and components that are considered to be materials consumed in the course of operation or are auxiliary.
The warranty does not apply to cases of discoloration or plaque formation on the walls of the sterilization chamber, sealing gum, and adjacent parts of the body as a result of the use of kraft bags or other packaging materials during sterilization.

TERMS OF TERMINATION OF WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS

Warranty obligations may be terminated in the following cases:

Mismatch of the serial number of the equipment provided for warranty service with the serial number specified in the information and/or other written agreements.
The presence of obvious or hidden mechanical damage to the equipment caused by violation of the rules of transportation, storage or operation.
Inconsistencies with the “User’s Manual” and operating conditions found during the repair process.
Damage to control labels and seals (if any).
The presence of foreign objects inside the equipment case, regardless of their nature, if the possibility of such is not stipulated in the technical documentation and the User Manual.
Equipment failure caused by the influence of force majeure factors and/or actions of third parties.
If the product fails during the warranty period as a result of improper operation, the cost of repair and delivery to the manufacturer is paid by its owner.

PAY ATTENTION

The manufacturer declines all liability for any damage directly or indirectly caused by the sterilizer to people or property if it occurs as a result of non-compliance with the terms and conditions of use, installation of the product, intentional or negligent actions of the buyer (consumer), third parties, as well as losses and intangible losses associated with damage and inability to use the product.

After the warranty period has expired, we strongly recommend that you contact the manufacturer to verify that the sterilizer’s technical parameters are in compliance.

Returns are made in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
