How does the loyalty program work?
Buy products on the microstop.ua website, in Instagram direct or by phone and accumulate sparklers. Use your phone number to place orders – it is your ID for the loyalty program.
Accumulate sparklers and use them as a discount on your next purchases.
Fill in additional information about yourself on the website or dictate it to the manager and receive sparklers for your birthday and more.

1. How to join the MicroSTOP Stars loyalty program?
To become a member of the loyalty program, simply register on the website microstop.ua, make a purchase via the Instagram page @microstop, or place an order by calling the sales department. Your phone number will automatically become your identifier in the loyalty program.
2. How exactly are the bonus points (sparklers) awarded?
Sparkles are awarded for each purchase of MicroSTOP TM products on the website microstop.ua, on Instagram @microstop and by calling the sales department, according to your level in the loyalty program. Additional sparkles can be obtained for registration, on your birthday, and for participating in the referral program.
3. How to find out your level in the loyalty program?
The level depends on the amount of your purchases:
New Star – up to 15,000 UAH
Bright Star – from 15,001 to 30,000 UAH
Super Star – over 30,001 UAH
The current level is displayed in your personal account.
4. How to use accumulated sparklers?
You can exchange your sparklers for a discount when placing your order. One point = 1 UAH. You can pay with points for up to 50% of the order cost, but no more than 1500 UAH in one order.
5. Do sparklers have an expiration date?
Yes, the validity period of the sparklers is 12 months from the date of the last charge. After that, they are automatically canceled.
6. Does the loyalty program work outside of Ukraine?
No, the loyalty program works only on the territory of Ukraine
7. Will I be credited with Sparklers to my Account immediately after placing an order?
No. Sparklers are credited 14 calendar days from the moment you receive the goods from the postal operator or at the pickup point.
8. If I refused to receive the order or made a return, will I be credited with points?
No. In case of non-receipt / return of the order, Points are not credited.
9. Can I spend not all the points at once, but only a certain amount?
Yes. You can use any desired amount of points, but no more than 50% of the check amount, and no more than 1500 UAH in one order.
10. How do I get points for my birthday?
Enter your date of birth in your personal account on the microstop.ua website in the “User Data” section. Please note: it is impossible to change your date of birth through your personal account. To change your date of birth, please contact our managers.
11. Will bonuses be credited for goods purchased before the start of the loyalty program?
No, the accumulation of bonuses begins from the moment the loyalty program officially starts.
