Official rules of the loyalty program “MicroSTOP Stars”
1. General regulations
1.1 The official rules of the MicroSTOP Stars program (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) regulate the basic principles and conditions of operation of the MicroSTOP program (hereinafter referred to as the Company).
2. Terms and definitions
These Official Rules of the MicroSTOP Stars Program use the following terms:
Client – the recipient of goods who receives them on terms and conditions regulated by the terms of provision and receipt of the Company’s Goods and Services and is registered in the MicroSTOP Stars loyalty program.
The Company’s Main Products – Products that Clients receive from the Company in accordance with the terms of provision and receipt of the Company’s Products and Services.
The MicroSTOP Stars Program is a program of incentives for the Company’s Clients, within the framework of which program participants have the opportunity to receive Points when purchasing the Company’s products, as well as accumulate and use Points under appropriate conditions.
Rules of the MicroSTOP Stars Program is a document that defines the conditions and procedure for participation in the Program.
Participant of the MicroSTOP Stars Program (hereinafter referred to as the Participant) is a Retail Client of the Company who participates in the MicroSTOP Stars” Program under the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules of the MicroSTOP Stars Program.
Sparklers (hereinafter referred to as Points) – points that are credited to the Participant’s account in the loyalty program and are debited from it, on the grounds provided for by these Official Rules of the MicroSTOP Stars program
Account in the loyalty program (hereinafter referred to as the Account) is the account of the Participant of the MicroSTOP Stars Program, to which, in accordance with these Official Rules of the MicroSTOP Stars Program, “Sparklers” are credited and from which “Sparklers” are debited.
Accrual (receipt) of “Sparklers” is a procedure that results in an increase in the number of “Shining Points” on the Participant’s account in the loyalty program on the grounds provided for in these Official Rules of the MicroSTOP Stars program.
Write-off (use) of Sparklers (hereinafter referred to as Points) is a procedure that results in a decrease in the number of Points on the Participant’s account in the loyalty program on the grounds provided for by these Official Rules of the MicroSTOP Stars program funds on the Participant’s account in the loyalty program.
Points Burning is a procedure that results in the burning of Points on the Participant’s account in the loyalty program on the grounds provided for in these Official Rules of the MicroSTOP Stars program.
Cancellation of Points is a procedure that results in the cancellation of Points funds on the Participant’s account in the loyalty program on the grounds provided for in these Official Rules of the MicroSTOP Stars program.
3. Basic provisions and registration
3.1 The MicroSTOP Stars program is valid from 01.07.2025 on a permanent basis, unless otherwise specified by the Company.
3.2 All Clients who, at the time of the launch of the MicroSTOP Stars program, are Clients of the Company and registered (have an account on the website “microstop.ua”), are automatically participants in the MicroSTOP Stars program.
3.3 All Clients who, at the time of the launch of the MicroSTOP Stars program, are not Clients of the Company and are not registered (do not have an account on the “microstop.ua” website), become participants in the Program after registering in any way specified as a registration method in these Rules.
3.4 Upon acquiring the status of a Participant of the MicroSTOP Stars program, the Client is opened a Participant account in the loyalty program to record the accrued and spent Points. The Account is activated automatically.
3.5 Each Participant may have only one Participant account in the MicroSTOP Stars loyalty program, which is unique.
3.6 The client is identified using the phone number provided by the client when placing an order or registering in his personal account on the microstop.ua website and stored in the client’s personal account.
3.7 Using Points when paying for the company’s goods is possible only after identification using a phone number/client number.
3.8 Using the MicroSTOP Stars Loyalty Program without identification does not give the right to accrue and/or use Points.
4. Points and Score
4.1 The unit of account of the Program MicroSTOP Stars is hryvnias on the Participant’s account in the loyalty program. The ratio of Points to hryvnias is: 1 (one) to 1 (one).
4.2 Points are credited to the Participant’s account in the loyalty program 14 calendar days after you receive the order at the postal operator’s branch/post office or pick-up from our pick-up point. Points are credited to the Participant’s account in the loyalty program exclusively when ordering on the microstop.ua website in the Instagram @microstop direct message or by calling the MicroSTOP sales department.
4.3 In case of non-receipt/return of the order, Points will not be awarded.
4.4 The use of Points available at the time of order on the Participant’s account in the loyalty program is possible with any order of MicroSTOP TM products that participate in the MicroSTOP Stars Program.
4.5 The validity period of each Point on the Member’s Loyalty Program Account is 1 (one) year from the date of accrual. The Points expire (are removed from the Member’s Loyalty Program Account) on the day following the expiration of the specified period.
4.6 Points cannot be transferred to third parties.
4.7 The Participant cannot receive Points from the Participant’s account in the loyalty program in cash or non-cash form.
4.8 The Participant’s Account in the loyalty program and accrued Points cannot be combined with the Accounts and Funds of other Program Participants.
4.9 Information about Points (their accrual, write-off) can be obtained in your personal account on the microstop.ua website or by calling the MicroSTOP sales department.
5. Points accrual
5.1 A participant of the MicroSTOP Stars Program has the right to receive Points for performing the following actions::

| Purchase of the company’s goods for the amount of 15,001 to 30,000 UAH – “Bright Star” Level | Accrued when ordering/paying for MicroSTOP TM goods in the amount of: 5% on MicroSTOP TM equipment (Sterilizers, Recirculators, Ultrasonic cleaners), 3% on Starter kits, 5% on MicroSTOP TM consumables sets, 10% on MicroSTOP TM consumables, subject to cash or non-cash payment for the order. |
| Purchase of the company’s goods for the amount of 30,001 or more – “Super Star” Level | Accrued when ordering/paying for MicroSTOP TM goods MicroSTOP in the amount of: 7% on TM MicroSTOP equipment (Sterilizers, Recirculators, Ultrasonic cleaners), 3% on Starter Kits, 5% on TM MicroSTOP consumables sets, 15% on TM MicroSTOP consumables, subject to cash or non-cash payment of the order. |
| For registration in the loyalty program MicroSTOP Stars | It is accrued once after the first order from the moment the loyalty program starts in the amount of 50 Points. |
| On the Client’s Birthday | Accrued once a year on the Client’s birthday – on the date indicated in the registration data as the birthday in the amount of 250 Points. The validity period is: 7 days before the specified date of birth, on the specified date of birth and 7 days after the specified date of birth. These Points are cumulative with accumulated points, but do not stack with other offers. |
As well as for other actions defined by the Company as actions for accruing Funds.
5.2 The Client may participate in additional promotions from the Company, under the terms of which an additional number of Points may be credited to the Client’s Account in the loyalty program.
5.3 You can pay with points for 50% of the total amount of your purchase, but not more than 1500 UAH.
5.4 The MicroSTOP Stars program is cumulative.
5.5 Points are credited to the Participant’s account in the loyalty program automatically.
6. Points Deletion
6.1 The participant has the right to use the accrued Points until they expire.
6.2 The use of Points by the Participant is possible subject to their availability and availability for use on the Participant’s account in the loyalty program.
6.3 The Participant may use Points for MicroSTOP Company products that participate in the Loyalty Program and are determined by the Company.
6.4 The use of Points for the Company’s products occurs at the time of receipt of the order, provided that they are available on the Member’s account in the loyalty program.
6.5 The use of Points at the time of placing an order with the Company is possible only if the phone number of the Loyalty Program Participant is presented. If the Client does NOT present a phone number, the accrual and debiting of Points is impossible.
6.6 Points are not awarded for the cost of delivery, the cost of packaging the parcel, the amount of the order paid for with a MicroSTOP cash gift certificate, gifts, discounts and gift coupons (including promotional codes) from MicroSTOP used in the order, products of other brands, except for the MicroSTOP TM, which are presented on the website microstop.ua.
6.7 Points can only be deducted from a Member’s loyalty program account in whole numbers. Tenths are not available for use..
6.8 Using Points for the Company’s products means deducting Points from the participant’s account in the loyalty program.
6.9 Points cannot be used: for goods purchased in installments, delivery services, gift certificates, gifts, promotional codes.
7. Burning and cancellation of Points
7.1 Points expire when their validity period expires, as specified in clause 4.5 of the Official Rules of the MicroSTOP Stars program.
7.2 Points may be canceled if the Participant takes actions that contradict the rules of service provision and/or the official rules of MicroSTOP Stars.
8. Rights and obligations of the parties
8.1 The Participant is obliged to regularly check for messages from the Company via SMS or Viber.
8.2 The Participant has the right to check the Account status on the microstop.ua website or by calling the MicroSTOP sales department.
8.3 The Company has the right to hold Special Promotions for Participants within the framework of the Program.
8.4 Information on the holding of Special Promotions for participants within the framework of the Program is provided on the Company’s official website or in another way available to the Participant at the Company’s choice.
8.5 The Company has the right to terminate the participation of any Participant in the MicroSTOP Stars Program without notice in the following cases:
8.5.1 failure by the Participant to comply with the Official Rules of the MicroSTOP Stars program;
8.5.2 provision by the Participant of information that is misleading or inaccurate;
8.6 The company reserves the right:
8.6.1 at its discretion, make changes, as well as cancel these Official Rules of the MicroSTOP Stars program, without prior individual notification to the Participants. Information about the specified changes is published on the Company’s website 1 (one) day before the date of entry into force of the changes;
8.6.2 make changes, without prior individual notification to the Participants, to the list of products for which MicroSTOP Stars Points are accrued and deducted, and their number;
8.6.3 suspend or terminate the MicroSTOP Stars Program at any time by notifying Participants on the Company’s website;
8.6.4 By continuing to participate in the MicroSTOP Stars program, the Participant agrees to the terms and conditions and changes in the Official Program Rules.
8.6.5 Relations arising between the Client and the Company and not regulated by these Rules are determined by the current legislation of Ukraine.
